The PTFE (Teflon) tapes are the wear part at the heart of your Clesana C1's sealing mechanism — they shield the welding wire and stop hot film sticking to the jaws, so every bag separates cleanly. Supplied as a genuine Swiss-made set of two tapes on click-in mounting rails with a quick-fit guide, they're recommended for replacement around every 2000 uses to keep seals crisp and reliable.
